2. What’s the TBLT, and how to guide your teaching？什么是TBLT教學模式，如何指導英語教學。
1. The definition of task-based language teaching（概念）
Task-based Language Teaching is, in fact, a further development of Communicative Language Teaching. It shares the same beliefs, as language should be learned as close as possible to how it is used in real life. However, it has stressed the importance to combine form-focused teaching with communication-focused teaching.
2. Four components of a task（影響因素——如何指導教學：從教學目的、教學內容、教學過程、教學效果展開）
A task has four main components: a purpose, a context, a process and a product.
A purpose: making sure the students have a reason for undertaking the task.
A context: this can be real, stimulated or imaginary, and involves sociolinguistics issues，such as the location, the participants and their relationship, the time, and other important factors.
A process: getting the students to use learning strategies such as problem solving, reasoning, inquiring, conceptualizing and communicating.
A product: there will be some form of outcome, either visible or invisible.
3. What makes a good language teacher？（一個好的語言老師應該具備什么樣的品質）
There are a variety of elements that contributes to the qualities of the language, which can be categorized into three groups:
1. ethic devotion
2. professional qualities (the most important and most difficult part )
3. personal styles
You should talk about these questions abundantly. You’d better make some examples.
4.Please talk about the role of teacher in moral learning？簡述在道德教育中老師的角色。
There are two aspects to the role of moral educator. First, the teacher can serve as a moral exemplar or role model for the students to imitate. The second aspect is for the teacher to make appropriate decisions as a curriculum developer.
1. Teacher as role model
There are a number of questions we can ask ourselves: (1) How we treat our students?
(2) Do we follow rules that we set for our students? (3) Do we acknowledge our mistake?
2. Teacher as curriculum developer
Teachers need to be aware of the moral questions and issues that could be raised with the students.
5. How to correct errors?怎么處理學生的錯誤。
There are different ways and techniques for correcting errors, such as direct teacher correction, indirect teacher correction, self-correction, peer correction, whole class correction, etc.
As a general rule, indirect teacher correction is encouraged rather than direct teacher correction to avoid damaging students’ self esteem and confidence.
In practice, self-correction is encouraged before teacher correction or peer correction because if it is a mistake, the student himself/herself will be able to correct it.
